At an impressive 35,000 square feet, Spitbank Fort is the more intimate of our two operational forts. You’ll have the chance to appreciate the extensive refurbishment work that has enhanced the Fort’s original features, during a guided Fort tour. Discover more about the Fort’s history, witness the breadth and scale of the Fort and learn the significance of each and every room from the lighthouse to the bolthole.
The highlight of your trip aboard Spitbank Fort will of course be your delectable three course Festive Lunch served in our very own ‘Mess Hall’, where cannons once stood to protect our coastline. Our midweek Christmas lunch operate Wednesday – Friday for a limited time only.
