HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT VOUCHER

Redeeming a Solent Fort voucher could not be easier. The step-by-step illustrations below will show you what you need to do. If you are still experiencing difficulty with redeeming your voucher, please email for further assistance. hello@solentforts.com

 

  • Step 1 - Visit our Offers and Experiences web page, where you will find a list of all our experiences.

    If you have a monetary gift voucher you can redeem this voucher against any of our offers or experiences. If you have an experience gift voucher, you will have to redeem this voucher against the designated experience e.g. an afternoon tea gift voucher.

  • Step 2 - Now pick which experience you would like to redeem your gift voucher against.

    After picking the date you would like to visit the Fort, you will be asked to select the number of guests attending the experience before clicking 'add to basket'. The example to the left is the Fort Discovery Day experience for two people.

  • Step 3 - Apply the 10-13 digit gift voucher code in the box provided. You will find this on the email gift voucher.

    Click APPLY VOUCHER. This will either pay for the experience in its entirety or remove the credit from your monetary gift voucher.

  • Step 4 - Please check all details in the 'Basket' before clicking PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You may need to pay a balance if the monetary voucher does not cover the entire cost of the experience.

    A confirmation of your order will appear on the next screen after full payment has been made. The order confirmation will be sent to you via email too.

Update March 2021

Dear Customer

As you will be aware the government have released its road map laying out its plan to gradually reopen shops/businesses/venues in the coming months. Whilst this is an encouraging step for most it does not change our position and we will remain closed until it is guaranteed that there will be no risk of further forced closures or imposed restrictions/rules.

As this situation is unprecedented, we are unsure when it will be safe to reopen and we will continue to defer a reopening until restrictions are relaxed and it is safe for both guests and staff.

You will appreciate the nature of the current situation and the volume of customer enquiries we are receiving at this time. We as we are a very small team and will process all enquiries as soon as possible. Please channel all enquiries through our hello@solentforts.com email address.

Please be advised

We will NOT be taking any new bookings or sell any more vouchers during the current Coronavirus crisis.

Guests with existing bookings are advised that their deposit will be held pending a rebooking when the forts reopen – we are unable to advise of a rebook date at this time.
