Redeeming a Solent Fort voucher could not be easier. The step-by-step illustrations below will show you what you need to do. If you are still experiencing difficulty with redeeming your voucher, please call or email the Port Office for further assistance. 02392 809767. hello@solentforts.com


  • Step 1 - Visit our Offers and Experiences web page, where you will find a list of all our experiences.

    If you have a monetary gift voucher you can redeem this voucher against any of our offers or experiences. If you have an experience gift voucher, you will have to redeem this voucher against the designated experience e.g. an afternoon tea gift voucher.

  • Step 2 - Now pick which experience you would like to redeem your gift voucher against.

    After picking the date you would like to visit the Fort, you will be asked to select the number of guests attending the experience before clicking 'add to basket'. The example to the left is the Fort Discovery Day experience for two people.

  • Step 3 - Apply the 10-13 digit gift voucher code in the box provided. You will find this on the email gift voucher.

    Click APPLY VOUCHER. This will either pay for the experience in its entirety or remove the credit from your monetary gift voucher.

  • Step 4 - Please check all details in the 'Basket' before clicking PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You may need to pay a balance if the monetary voucher does not cover the entire cost of the experience.

    A confirmation of your order will appear on the next screen after full payment has been made. The order confirmation will be sent to you via email too.

Dear Guests

As a result of recent Government guidance discouraging mass gatherings and encouraging ‘social distancing’ in order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily cease trading at Solent Forts. The safety of our guests and crew is and always has been of paramount importance.

As this situation is unprecedented, we are, as yet, unsure when it will be safe to reopen the forts. We are currently concentrating on the displacement of all confirmed bookings which were due to take place over the next 28 days (up to and including Friday 17th April). Bookings beyond this date may also be subject to rebooking. We will be looking at dates beyond 17th April on a fortnightly basis whilst taking into account any further government advice.

You will appreciate the unprecedented nature of the current situation and the volume of customer enquiries we are receiving at this time. We as we are a very small team and we respectfully request that you do not contact the Port Office by phone or in person as this will help our team to process all enquiries as soon as possible. Please channel any other enquiries through our hello@solentforts.com email address.

We are working hard to reschedule as many of the affected bookings as smoothly and efficiently as we can and we are doing everything we can to provide maximum flexibility as the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve.

These procedures apply for all bookings made direct with the venue. If you booked through a third party agency please contact them directly.
