HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT VOUCHER
Redeeming a Solent Fort voucher could not be easier. The step-by-step illustrations below will show you what you need to do. Step 1 - Visit our Offers and Experiences web page, where you will find a list of all our experiences.
If you have a monetary gift voucher you can redeem this voucher against any of our offers or experiences. If you have an experience gift voucher, you will have to redeem this voucher against the designated experience e.g. an afternoon tea gift voucher.
Step 2 - Now pick which experience you would like to redeem your gift voucher against.
After picking the date you would like to visit the Fort, you will be asked to select the number of guests attending the experience before clicking 'add to basket'. The example to the left is the Fort Discovery Day experience for two people.
Step 4 - Please check all details in the 'Basket' before clicking PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You may need to pay a balance if the monetary voucher does not cover the entire cost of the experience.
A confirmation of your order will appear on the next screen after full payment has been made. The order confirmation will be sent to you via email too.
